"There is a brand new 7/11, a Shell, a BP and a Circle K all within a 3 mile radius. We don't need another gas station/convenience store. These 24 hr. stores are an invitation to crime and unsavory individuals just looming."

"This corner lot is directly next to a daycare I hope to send my kids to one day. A gas station next door is not exactly what I would call a "safe space" for a daycare, neighborhood, or community. Sheetz is convinced their "fresh food" and "green spaces" will serve our community, but they could do better (and we'd probably support it!) if they just went a few miles down the road instead.

We don't care how much new sidewalk, EV chargers, light pollution limitations, or traffic alleviation efforts are done: all we care about is HAVING SOMETHING USEFUL in our community. We, the community, have spoken: another gas station is NOT useful!"

"This is wildly unnecessay! There is so much that developers are trying to pack into this area that our community is losing it’s charm. I’m already not happy with the McDonalds/Taco Bell, but to add a Sheets is sending a message that our area is no longer, what should be, considered a highend neighborhood. The traffic is already a nightmare that is only going to get worse with continued housing/rental developments. What we need is for more fun, community engaging things to do, and better family friendly offerings; NOT MORE GAS STATIONS AND FAST FOOD."
